I was honestly surprised at how flavorful the teriyaki chicken was. A lot of meal prep options I’ve tried in the past taste bland or watery, but this was restaurant-quality. The sauce was rich and slightly sweet, and the portion of chicken was generous. The broccoli was fresh, not overcooked, and the rice was perfectly fluffy. It's a great go-to for lunch — super filling without feeling heavy. Plus, knowing it’s 445 kcal with solid protein made me feel good about eating it.
